Backgrounds are for Foregrounds!

So I got to participate in a swap hosted by Shimmerz and Cornish Heritage Farms and I worked with a beautiful backgrounder called Art Nouveau. I must say, I was perplexed at how I would be able to use this and ONLY this, but I successfully worked it! I decided to bring my background to my foreground...and well, here's how it turned out!

I really had to give myself a little pat on the back...I just loved how it turned out! And of course, I had to use my Baby's Breath spritz for added Shimmer. You can see it better here. :)

On another note, today was my son's first day of Kindergarten!!! It was a very exciting day for him and in his words, it was just plain, "AWESOME!" I, on the other hand, was pretty emotional all morning. I think this is normal! Here's my little sweetie in his new classroom. :)

Thanks so much for stopping in!

Very interesting take on only using one stamp.
And, yes, it is very normal to be emotional! I'm a teacher and I know I'll be a train wreck when my little girl starts school!

Melissa, I am always excited when the kids go to school and are happy as your little one is. It means we are doing something RIGHT! Moved one into her freshman dorm yesterday. My cue to leave was when she said "I love my dorm room!" She went to Kindergarden at Forest Creek Elementary in Round Rock.
