Happy New Year!!

I hope you all had a fabulous holiday AND New Year! I rolled in the new year, snug as a bug, in my 4 year old's bed! I fell asleep putting him to bed...my norm, but whatever! I'm excited for the new year and what the future holds. As for the present, I have a couple of cards to share. I got to stamp while at my in-laws for a few days...and here's what I came up with, with limited supplies!

Both of these are made with Stampin' Up! only products (except I didn't have my Big Shot SU dies and Coluzzle so I had to use my nesties...but these can be made without nesties!)

This is a sneak peek to a new Stampin' Up! set called Sweet Stems. It will debut along with this GORGEOUS designer paper, Raspberry Tart, in the upcoming NEW catalog! Can you believe it will be out in just over 2 weeks?
Here's a closeup.

I colored in the image with Rose Red marker, Cameo Coral in the centers, and Kiwi Kiss. I shaded with a blender pen and Bordering Blue. The centers have a dot of Dazzling Diamonds.

Here's another that I will include in an upcoming Valentine's class...yes?

I totally CASEd this design from the very talented Jan Tink here. So...in looking at this picture, and the excitement of getting a post out, I forgot to stamp the sentiment!! So imagine, if you will, a perfectly placed sentiment at the bottom left of the card. PERFECT! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! I have more projects to finish up and share very soon!

Beautiful cards! I really like the way you tied the ribbon and the flowers on the first one.

These are wonderful! Love your coloring - and I've never seen a more perfectly placed sentiment as the one on the second card! ;-)
